Sous Chef (Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities

To be commited and dedicate time, effort and attention to offering a food product which in quality and presentation reflect the vision and brand personality of the hotel.

To assist Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating all business activities in Food Production.

To cinsistently monitor Food cost and take pro-active action to enhance the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Required skill(s): kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, strong in western cuisine, who has experience of leading a team, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show, Maintain the high service standard in every plate served.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.
